QUETTA: Three people were killed and four others sustained injuries in an attack on polio vaccination team near Eastern Bypass in Balochistan on Wednesday.
The injured, two of whom are in critical condition, were taken to a hospital for medical assistance.
The dead included a woman. The two other deceased were identified as Muhammad Aijaz and Muhammad Aslam.
Polio vaccinators are frequently targeted in the country where polio is still endemic.
