“As a human you will have your moments where things couldn’t be anymore tougher for you, but I take moments as a challenge or force myself to face them,” she added.

Speaking about the added pressure on her work life, Kat said, “In some way it’s a good thing. It forces you to step up and it forces you to not indulge in self-pity and feeling sorry for yourself.”
