KARACHI:

The launching ceremony of Angular is a paradigm shift in web development, said Attribe Solutions CEO Kashif Saeed, adding that they are trying to make a local community of Angular in Pakistan.

A live streaming session on web development by speakers from Silicon Valley in the United States was organised by Attribe Solutions, a local software house, at Muhammad Ali Jinnah University on Wednesday.

The speakers, who addressed the audience via live streaming, included Google engineering director Brad Green, the creator of Angular, which is an open source web application mainly operated by Google, and lead developer Misko Hevery and Anas Raza Firdousi, a contributor at Angular.

We have tried to bridge the gap between students and the web industry through live streaming, said Saeed. He added that this activity will result in gelling these communities together for open-source software development, as Pakistan’s share is close to zero currently.
