ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Tuesday expressed grief over the deaths caused by a heavy spell of rain in different parts of the country. Regretting the loss of valuable lives, he directed provincial and local authorities to provide emergency relief and rehabilitation measures so as to mitigate the sufferings of the people. PM also directed the health authorities to keep a close watch on the possible outbreak of any epidemic in the rain-affected areas.
