LAHORE: An additional district and sessions judge sought comments on Tuesday from the Mughalpura SHO on a petition filed by a man seeking a case against his son for beating him. Fazal Din told the court his son quarreled with him over petty issues. He said he was afraid that his son would kick him and his wife out of the house. He said he had requested the SHO to take action against him but the officer did nothing in this regard. He requested the court to direct the SHO to register an FIR against his son.
